Fides Expands Client Success Team With Creation of Client Success Manager Role; Hires New Head Client Services

Edar Dos Santos appointed as Head Client Success in a role new to Fides; Oliver Hediger joins multibank connectivity provider as Head Client Services

Fides Treasury Services Ltd., the global leader in multibank connectivity, payments and communications, has announced the appointment of Edar Dos Santos to Head Client Success, and the hire of Oliver Hediger as Head Client Services. Hediger will take over management of Fides’ industry-leading client services department from Dos Santos, who moves to the newly-created client success role after seven years in client services, including three as Head Client Services.

Edar’s knowledge of and relationships with Fides and our customers makes him the perfect choice for Fides’ first-ever Client Success Manager.”

In the new role, Dos Santos will focus on streamlining the customer experience and identifying opportunities for Fides to support clients with their business growth. He will work closely with teams across Fides to ensure a smooth, seamless experience for clients at every point of their journey, from onboarding to implementation and beyond.

Oliver Hediger joins Fides from Luware AG, where he spent nine years in senior roles including engineering, professional services, and product management. He has also held roles in IT and financial administration. Hediger holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur, Switzerland. He is fluent in German, English, and French.
