In a strategic effort designed to continuously improve customer experience and customer success, Trustwell, the food industry’s only software platform connecting product development and nutritional analysis into supplier compliance, enhanced traceability, and automated recall management, today announced the promotion of Katy Jones to Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

Jones is currently Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer and with this change will oversee Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support organizations across Trustwell.

Jones brings over 20 years of strong leadership and significant software experience serving the food industry. With a proven track record and deep product and industry expertise, Jones will lead these organizations and focus on the long-term development, improvement, and optimization of solutions and services across Trustwell’s entire customer base.
